Mergate – Margate Mermaid Festival

The Margate Mermaid Parade (aka MERGATE) celebrates seaside life and uplifts the voices of those protecting our beaches.
The organiser’s will be announcing details of the day soon, in the meantime you can support the event by donating to the Crowdfunder. Please donate if you can, share the link if you can’t, and if you know any local or environmental organisations or businesses that would like to sponsor, let the event organiser know and they’ll send over the presentation package.
The event is SEA-SPIRED so dress up encouraged: merfolk costumes, nautical fashion, pirate glam, sea creatures and marine mythology.
