Cliftonville Dog Show 2025

The summer Bank Holiday Monday saw tails wagging, tricks performed, and dogs dressed to impress at the Cliftonville Dog Show 2025, held at The Oval Bandstand and Lawns.

The sun was shining, the crowds were smiling, and the day was full of fun and community spirit as local residents and their beloved pups came together for one of Cliftonville’s most loved annual events.

Organised and hosted by local resident Helen Hebditch, along with her husband Will and their children Izzy and Oliver, the event drew dog lovers from across Thanet for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and good-natured competition.

GRASS Director Simon Bell said:

“It’s honestly one of my favourite events of the year. It brings so much joy and laughter, and we’re incredibly grateful to Helen, Will, Izzy and Oliver for putting so much time and care into making it happen. They’ve created something really special for the community. Special thanks go to Georgina from Don’t Miss Margate and Abby for judging the categories, and to local business Nosey Dogs for sponsoring the fantastic prizes. We’d also like to give a huge thank you to Lauren and Mitchell, our amazing staff at The Oval, for setting up the arena and keeping everything running smoothly on the day. And of course, the biggest thanks of all go to the brilliant dogs and their wonderful owners who came along, joined in the fun, and made it such a day to remember. The show wouldn’t be the same without you!
