2026 band application are now closed

i.e. what name do you perform under? If you are a business, please put trading name here.
Please list the full line-up of performers in your group. This information helps us assess and justify your performance fee. Any changes to the agreed line-up may affect the fee at a later date.
If you don't have a website perhaps a link to a Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
We love to see live performance footage, so please include web links with your application. Applications without performance footage cannot be considered. If you are selected, you will also need to provide high-quality photos suitable for promoting your event.
Please provide your total social media following, including approximate numbers for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and any other platforms you actively use. A strong following and active engagement will help us assess your ability to market your performance. Acts with only a small following may not be at the right stage to apply at this time, as we need bands who already have an established audience and are keen to actively support marketing efforts for their shows.
For our Sunday Music programme, performers are required to deliver two sets of 45 minutes each, with a 15-minute interval between sets.
Applications must include your performance fee in order to be considered. The Oval Bandstand is a large venue operated by a not-for-profit community organisation. We are committed to fair pay for artists while ensuring that fees remain realistic and sustainable within a community setting.
