Perform at The Oval

All confirmed event bookings are listed on our ‘What’s On’ page. If you’d like to perform at one of our events, but the date appears to be taken, please do still get in touch as we can facilitate multiple performances and are flexible on timings.

This depends on the performer, type of show, and date. We like to be flexible and encourage as many live performances as possible, so please get in touch and we will discuss your requirements.

Whilst we will look after anything needed at the site, our performers will be expected to provide their own audio equipment. You set yourselves up to play and we’ll do the rest!

There are 4 x 240v 3-pin power sockets on the site. We hope to upgrade the power supplies over time so will let you know if this changes.

We will let our members and local residents know about our calendar of events though our website, newsletters and social media sites. We encourage you to do the same with your own followers!

Our Summer Sunday concerts are subsidised by the venue to ensure they are affordable for the local community, and are only £2 to enter. Guests can pay at the door (cash or card) or tickets can be bought in advance through Eventbrite. We encourage you to share the link to your event.

You are welcome to sell your own merchandise and music.  We will be appealing for donations/collections at the concert to cover our costs for your appearance fee, etc. We will take care of refreshments and food stands, so please do not invite any other stalls to attend your event.
