Promoters & Producers
At The Oval Bandstand & Lawns we welcome submissions from Promoters and visiting Production Companies of any discipline or experience level. If you have a production that would fit our outdoor events space, we’d love to hear from you.
Promoters and visiting Production Companies can view The Oval’s Technical Spec’s, Seating Layout’s, Accessibility Information and Venue Policies, which should hopefully include all the information about the venue you’ll need. Please be sure to also read the The Oval’s Production Policy before completing the Production Application Form below.
We will endeavour to contact you within 14 days.
Please note that our venue programming usually take place 6-9 months ahead, although we will consider putting on a show, or accept a venue hire booking, at shorter notice from experienced Production Companies and Promoters.
