2. Gym Usage and Frequency

Moderate physical activity will raise your heart rate, and make you breathe faster and feel warmer. One way to tell if you're working at a moderate intensity level is if you can still talk, but not sing. Examples of moderate intensity activities include: brisk walking.
Vigorous physical activity makes you breathe hard and fast. If you're working at this level, you will not be able to say more than a few words without pausing for breath.

3. Equipment and Activity Preferences

Cardio Zone - Equipment for activities to boost cardiovascular health and endurance. Strength Zone / Calisthenics - Focused on building strength and flexibility using bodyweight exercises, with equipment like pull-up bars, parallel bars, and sit-up benches. Stretch Zone - A dedicated space for flexibility and mobility exercises to improve range of motion and reduce injury risk. Mind-Body Zone - A tranquil area for yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness practices, enhancing balance and mental wellbeing. Functional Training Zone - Offers versatile exercises to improve everyday movement, strength, and coordination through dynamic workouts.
