Biography

Sarah Rodriguez is a Level 3 Personal Trainer – CIMSPA, Health & Fitness Coach, a Certified Menopause Practitioner for Lifestyle Solutions, and a Professional Latin Dancer with over 25 years of industry experience in both the UK and Australia. Throughout her career, she has coached men and women in various settings, including gyms, homes, outdoors, health spas, retreats, and wellbeing events.

Sarah’s primary focus today is on Women’s Health and Wellness, particularly supporting women through different life stages, such as mid-life, and helping them build confidence and self-esteem to become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.

Drawing upon her extensive training, experience, and knowledge, Sarah offers women education, support, and guidance in key areas of Health and Wellness:

  • Exercise / Fitness: Providing dance fitness classes and outdoor training sessions, including 1:2:1 or 2:2:1 sessions and monthly 4-week training programs for small groups, incorporating cardio, strength, conditioning, and mental health benefits.
  • Nutritional Advice: Reviewing and recommendations on current eating habits –  educating and advising on how best to nourish the body, and transforming mindsets regarding healthy eating habits.
  • Health & Lifestyle: Conducting health and lifestyle reviews and recommendations that support women through peri/menopause.
  • Wellness Workshops and Day Retreats: Offering women opportunities to learn and experience the power of alternative therapies in healing and balancing the body, the importance of self-care, and the need to review nutritional intake, stress management, and exercise regime during midlife transitions.

Clients have the option to attend individual classes or invest in a total wellbeing package tailored to their needs, encompassing personalised plans for exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle transformation.

As a people person, Sarah’s vibrant energy and positive mindset define her approach. She is deeply passionate about empowering women and supporting them in becoming the healthiest, happiest, and most confident versions of themselves.
