Meno-FIT Training Program / Sarah

Welcome to the MenoFIT Training Program! The 4 to 8 week course is specifically tailored for women navigating peri/menopause, but all are welcome to participate. With small group sizes limited to 6 women per session, Sarah ensures personalised attention to understand each participant’s abilities, address symptoms affecting motivation, and work on form and technique to maximise session benefits.

Participants will experience exceptional advantages of outdoor training, including exposure to early morning sunlight for circadian rhythm regulation, stress reduction, and blood pressure management. The sessions aim to enhance strength, fitness, and muscle mass, while also boosting energy levels and confidence often diminished during peri/menopause and alleviating stress and anxiety.

Participants are encouraged to come prepared with comfortable workout attire suitable for the weather, supportive sports trainers, hydration with a water bottle, and a hand towel for any unexpected hot flashes. Frequency, Duration and Location

  • Fridays, 11am – 12pm (on the lawns)

Costs

May Training Program (Booking in advance required)
  • Once a week (4 sessions) £40 (commitment required for EITHER the morning session OR the evening session)

May / June Training Program
Book your space in advance and commit to a two month training that will really up your strength, fitness and energy levels and improve mindset
  • Once a week (8 sessions) – £65
  • Twice a week (16 sessions) – £130
ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE AND PAID FOR IN ADVANCE OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM STARTING
No refunds will be given for missed sessions (unless the trainer cancels)

FAQ’s

  1. WHY IS IT RUN AS A COURSE? Commitment is key to improve your overall health, fitness and wellbeing. If a client only turns up once every so often, I am unable to support them or help them achieve their goals.
  2. WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS?: It is your responsibility to block the sessions out in your diary. Unfortunately no refund will be given for missed classes.
  3. CAN I CONTINUE THE PROGRAM AFTER ONE MONTH?: Absolutely. You can keep going for as long as you like. I have women who have been with me for over 2 years due to results, support and accountability.
  4. DO I NEED TO HAVE A CERTAIN FITNESS LEVEL?: Not at all. I will adapt exercises to fit each and every client’s current fitness level. I also adapt exercises should you have an injury or a medical condition.
  5. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT’S POURING DOWN WITH RAIN?: Sessions continue, unless the weather is exceptionally bad. If this is the case and I have to cancel, I will contact everybody and try and reschedule the session.
