Sarah’s dance fitness class combines the joy of dance with aerobic fitness, promising a fun, high-energy experience that boosts fitness levels, confidence, strength, and flexibility, while increasing energy levels and improving mood, leaving participants with a smile. Set dance choreographies to a mix of music, ranging from Latin to Pop and Disco to Street, offer a taste of everything.

To add an extra challenge, Sarah incorporates a 10-minute blast of strength and resistance training using either resistance bands or body weight exercises, followed by a beautiful stretch, cool down, and breathing section.

Sarah strongly advocates for outdoor exercise due to its incredible health benefits, including exposure to early morning sunlight, stress reduction, lowered blood pressure, improved sleep, increased vitamin D levels, boosted mental health, and a refreshed mindset.

The session not only provides physical benefits such as improved strength, fitness, and flexibility but also supports mental wellbeing by building confidence, reducing stress and anxiety, and resetting the mindset.

Participants are advised to wear comfortable workout gear appropriate for the weather, sports trainers, and to bring a bottle of water and a hand towel.

  • Monday, 6.30pm – 7.30pm (in the bandstand)
  • Thursday, 10am – 11am (in the bandstand)

  • Casual Session – £8 (Booking in advance required)
  • 4 Session Pass = £30
  • 8 Session Pass = £50
