Mindful Yoga / Angela

Forget all life’s worries, workloads and deadlines. Angela offers a space for you to come and “reboot your system”. Mindful Yoga incorporates Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness practices in a gentle, friendly atmosphere. All postures are given with many choices so you can decide how your body is feeling on the day as to what modifications you may wish to adopt. No flexibility is required, no previous experience is required.

All her classes are aimed at debunking the myth that Yoga is for the young and flexible. Yoga is the integration of body, mind and breath. It is non-competitive and our reservoirs of hope and optimism can be nourished. In today’s frantic world, we need to ensure we nourish our resources of resilience and compassion.

Breathing, relaxation and meditation practices finish each class and there is always the invitation to take what you’ve learnt on the mat into your everyday life. Angela’s passion is to provide access to as many people as possible to the joy and benefits of Mindfulness and Yoga. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Angela.
