Our social enterprise is driven by a social mission, so we ensure all profits are reinvested into the venue to create positive change in the community.

By bringing together the entrepreneurial skills of the private sector and the values of public service, we are creating a sustainable future, and unlike non-profit organisations that rely solely on grant money, donations, or government policies, The Oval Bandstand and Lawns aims to be completely self-sustaining over the long term.

GRASS Cliftonville CIC were awarded The Oval Bandstand and Lawns as a community asset transfer with a promise to create jobs and training opportunities for local people. We also support dozens of local businesses and we continue to help other local organisations utilise the venue for their own events.
