Nathan is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in teaching fitness classes, personal training, and gym floor instruction.

His extensive qualifications include circuit training, kettlebell training, level 3 personal training, level 4 exercise for lower back pain management, and nutrition for sports performance and weight management.

Throughout his career, Nathan has worked with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, as well as individuals with lower back pain, injuries, runners, cyclists, and older adults. He adopts a supportive and encouraging training approach, empowering clients and class members to reach their full potential and conquer challenges they may have previously struggled with.

Nathan’s preferred training methods include circuit training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for his classes, both of which can be tailored to meet the specific needs of participants through various adaptations and progressions. Additionally, he employs innovative techniques such as flows, ladders, and complexes to enhance kettlebell training and provide greater variety and challenge.

Above all, Nathan emphasizes the importance of focusing on personal progress rather than comparing oneself to others, encouraging individuals to strive towards becoming the best version of themselves.

Currently, Nathan offers group circuit training classes, as well as 1-2-1 kettlebell training, personal training, exercise for lower back pain management, and nutrition advice.
