Circuit Training / Nathan

Nathan offers Circuit Training, a 45-minute full-body workout suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. The circuit comprises 8-12 exercise stations targeting different muscle groups, including upper body, lower body, cardio, and abs. Utilizing equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, resistance bands, and boxing gear, participants rotate through each station, spending 1 minute on each exercise with a 30-second recovery period. Nathan ensures that each exercise offers options for adaptation or progression to accommodate diverse fitness levels.

The benefits of Circuit Training include improved strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness, as well as enhanced mood, stress reduction, social interaction, and improved coordination.

Participants are advised to bring water and, if possible, a yoga mat, and to wear comfortable exercise attire.

Frequency, Duration and Location

  • Tuesdays, 6pm – 6:45pm (in the bandstand)

  • A class costs £7.50 per person

Nathan’s classes are scheduled on a weekly basis, subject to popularity, and operate on a pay-as-you-go basis. Advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
