Terms and Conditions – Outdoor Cinema
- Strictly NO alcohol to be brought in to the outdoor cinema. A licensed bar is available on-site.
- No food or drink are to be brought into event.
- No dogs or pets (except registered guide/assistance dogs).
- Please note that all under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
- We are unable to accommodate infants under 5 years old and babies at the showing.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable and that the person named on the ticket must be in attendance and you may be asked for ID.
- In the event of severe weather the event will may be cancelled all tickets are non-refundable – please check the forecast and come prepared.
- Please note that it can turn chilly in the evenings, so please make sure you bring suitable clothing and it may rain so come prepared.
- If you wish to smoke, including e cigarettes, you need to smoke in the designated areas. Please be courteous of other audience members.
- Please place all rubbish into the bins provided or take it home with you.
- Any drinks purchased at the bar / onsite must be consumed within the amphitheatre.
- Please take note of the film certification when purchasing tickets. The film certification is strictly enforced at Ticket Check. ID will be required for those patrons who look under the age of the film certification.
- The Bar operates a Challenge 25 Policy. If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you purchase alcohol. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18. Please don’t be offended if you are asked for ID.
- Please note GRASS Cliftonville CIC can not be held liable or responsible for any damage to vehicles or personnel possessions whilst attending any of our events.
- Although all our site is well lit before and after the screening, it is recommended that you bring a torch to provide localised lighting for during the screening when lighting is dimmed.
- No naked flames, BBQ’s, gas stoves or candles.
- No tents, gazebos, parasols or pop-up structures.
- Glass is not permitted onsite – please ensure all drinks are in plastic/cans and consumed from plastic drinkware.
- Please follow steward instructions, and abide by the designated seating areas.
- In the venue a central pathway is created within the arena, please leave this clear to enable other audience members to move around within the arena.
- First aid staff are present at all events. If you become unwell at one of our events please contact your nearest Steward.
- Please note failure to comply with any site rules could result in refused entry or immediate removal from the event.
As a condition of attending and purchasing tickets for the event, participants agree the following waiver:
I acknowledge and agree that I participate in the Cliftonville Outdoor Cinema at my own risk. I release and indemnify GRASS Cliftonville CIC, organisations or corporations associated directly or indirectly with the conduct of the event, from and against all claims, liabilities, injury, loss or damage I may suffer or incur arising from or connected with my participation in this event.
I grant full permission for the organisers and media to use photographs, film or video footage of me participating in GRASS Cliftonville CIC event and surrounding activities, promotion of this or similar events in the future or in relation to relevant fundraising activities.
Purchase Policy
All sales are final. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless we make any material changes to the scheduled screening time by more than 45 minutes.
If you do not receive your tickets 72 hours before an event, it is your responsibility to contact GRASS Cliftonville CIC with regards to this. It is your responsibility to inform us of any change of details including address and email address.
