Cliftonville Night Market: Lew Lewis and His All Star Trio

The Oval Bandstand & Lawns comes to life this summer with street food, music, vintage, arts & crafts, and artisanal goods at the brand new Cliftonville Night Market.
The always popular Oval Bandstand Bar will be serving up alcoholic drinks and cocktails and The Oval Kiosk has freshly-ground barista coffee, speciality teas, and delicious Solley’s ice-cream.
You’ll be able to buy unique goods from local makers and pick up a range of tasty dishes from Kentish food stalls while taking a seat in the bandstand amphitheatre to enjoy some free live music and entertainment, making this the perfect spot for a family-friendly Friday night out!

With his All Star Band, Lew has performed globally at weekenders and at most of the major festivals on the Rockabilly, Vintage scene. This includes Viva Las Vegas,(USA), Lone Star Round Up (Texas), Rockabilly Rave (UK ), Summer Jamboree & Vintage Roots (Italy) and Dirty Boogie (Hong Kong). His authentic self penned songs, captivating voice, together with his charismatic and energetic performance, catches the audience from the first song.
Lew Lewis knew from an early age that he wanted to sing after hearing Eddie Cochran & Gene Vincent blaring out of his dad’s car radio on his way to school. He went on to study music and formed his first gigging band at the age of 18 and was quickly playing regularly around his hometown of Maidstone.
Five years later he had three well received albums behind him, (Two on Western Star Records and one on Shack Records), two Eps (one rockabilly & one country) and a reputation that lead him to play around the world in some of the best clubs, weekenders and festivals.
