Market Traders

We are always keen to hear from market traders that might like to have a stall at one of the many popular events at The Oval Bandstand & Lawns.

Market Traders and their employees / volunteers are required to agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.

Application

Please complete this short form if you would like to trade at one of our events:

We charge £25 for a pitch that includes a gazebo 3m x 3m. You need to provide your own chair and table / display.

If you have not traded with us before you will need to pay a £50 refundable deposit which is refunded only when you attend the event.

Applicant Checklist

Market Trader's are responsible for obtaining all other relevant permissions / consents to enable the market stall to operate legally and safely. If you are unsure about any aspect of this application or related consents then please contact GRASS for guidance before signing below. In signing and submitting this application, you confirm that all the details you have provided are correct and you undertake to notify GRASS of any changes to this information within five working days of such changes arising. GRASS reserves the right to request additional information before a decision is taken on your application. You should include arrangements for vehicle movement, pedestrian safety, loading and unloading, traffic management, allocation of trading positions, use of cooking equipment, first aid and emergencies, food safety, provision of welfare facilities and erecting and dismantling of any equipment used in conjunction with the operation of the market stall
